Common Questions

Here are some of the most common questions I get asked.

My general hours are from 7am – 8pm.  Jobs outside these hours may incur additional early start/late finish fees.

Make sure that your skin is clean, with no makeup on (especially mascara).

Hair is to be air dried, as hairstyles do not include blowdrying wet hair.

I carry a wide range of products and brands to suit all skin types.

My kit is carefully curated to ensure that the products perform well, do not oxidise, can cater to global skin colors, and last.

Products in my kit are all from cruelty free companies, and I can offer services to vegans as well.

I’m based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne but I offer a convenient mobile service so I come to your location.

Depending on where you are there may be a small travel fee surcharge.

 

I require a non-refundable booking fee to be paid for all makeup and hair services.  

Once your booking fee has been received your date is locked in and an invoice for the remaining amount will be sent (quote less the booking fee) and this invoice must be paid 5 days before your appointment date.

Any appointments cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment date will have their payment (less the non-refundable booking fee) refunded to their account.

If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 72 hours notice is given.
