Here are some of the most common questions I get asked.

My general hours are from 7am – 8pm.  Jobs outside these hours may incur additional early start/late finish fees.

When I receive an email or a message I always try to respond within 3 hours if the message is sent within my working hours.  If I’m with a client my whole focus will be on them, so if a message comes through while I’m working I’ll respond as soon as I am free.

Make sure that your skin is clean, with no makeup on (especially mascara).

Hair is to be air dried, as hairstyles do not include blowdrying wet hair.

I carry a wide range of products and brands to suit all skin and hair types.

My kit is carefully curated to ensure that the products perform well, do not oxidise, can cater to global skin colors, and last.

All products that are used are cruelty-free, and I can offer vegan services also.

I’m based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne but I offer a convenient mobile service so I come to your location.

Depending on where you are there may be a small travel fee surcharge.


I require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total invoice to be paid for all makeup and hair services, as a booking fee.  

Once your retainer has been received your date is locked in and an invoice for the remaining amount will be sent (quote less the booking fee) and this invoice must be paid 5 days before your appointment date.
